High Krish, it is smell only, not smoke, of course, but not so important. I roast in my cellar, and window open is cold now. Did not use D-Roast until now. As newbe I watched burnt beens when using 50,60g. Insufficient movement! It begins with 70g , even so little shaking may be helpful!? Temp. probe should be touched?
