Hi all
Release notes for Aug 2024 suggest this is possible. Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks in advance!

Re: KL Studio & Nano7 user experience/suggestions
Now that I am also progressing down the roasters rabbit hole... I searched for any previous requests for an automatic weight loss % calculation request and found this post. The formula I use is (Wt_pre - Wt_post)/Wt_pre*100, which is a pain with a basic calculator because the numerator has 2 terms. ...

Need negative boost zone after FC starts?
I'm roasting an espresso blend. It hits FC and consistently goes exothermic within 30s. The roast ends early (lower than target development) because of the temperature overshoot. I added a -6 boost starting at FC, which helped a bit. I suspect I need more like -15 and will try that in future roasts....

Why do elevation based profiles have relatively sharp changes in T profile?
Given the nonlinearity of the overall roasting process (and the use of a PID to work through this), I'm intrigued that the elevation based profiles include relatively sharp changes in T vs t (in contrast to the default profile). What is the motivation of adding such quick changes in RoR / temperatur...

Huehuetenango shb ep keeps overshooting profile after CC
To start, I'm quite new to roasting so forgive my potentially fundmental questions... Logs (I hope I attached the images correctly) show overshoot (diverge and proceed with an offset) after CC. All roasts L 3.0. 'default' and '15002000' (for file/image) refer to the profiles. If the image attachment...

Re: Supply voltage may be too low - problem?
Another member of the Fb group correctly noted that, just like the fan speed, the voltage can be recalibrated. Given that I have a volt meter (which I trust), I have recalibrated my KL Nano.
Please (KL team?) let me know if recalibrating the input voltage based upon a measured value is ill advised.

Supply voltage may be too low - problem?
I ordered and received my KL-nano in Canada this week (yay!) and upon turning it on, I receive these notices on the display: * Supply 110V may be too low..., and * 1160W available, 1200W preferred. I have tested the line with a meter, and it shows 120V. I've confirmed the same messages and meter vol...
