What is a good one to start with?

Thank you for putting this together! I especially appreciate the descriptions with each profile. As a new to Nano roaster, choosing the next profile to try is daunting

Is it typical for the Classic L3.3 to get well into second crack? Just did my first roast and it went longer than expected
