i know it’s back to trial and error. what rest period do you recommend for these profiles? specifically the Steady and Dark 2…. using for espresso double shot with milk (piccolo)? i’m guessing at least 3days. but best at 7-10days?

hi there guys. I'm new to the roasting game. I'm trying to work out how to get the nutty/chocolate flavours. I've been using the rest 1500-2000m profile... L3.2 was pretty good... I've currently got a L3.8 on the go.... are there any other profiles that you would recommend for the columbian beans? ...
