Hi ,
I've updated my software and I'm currently using a Mac with OS Sequoia version 15. I've also tried different cables and even tested it on a Windows PC, but the issue remains— the software is not connecting to the machine.

Did you fined the solution yet ? i have the same issue and i need to solve it . i have tried to use different wires but no luck .
