Re: Noob question - is reloading profile on roaster LCD required after saving on laptop?

Yes, saving the profile on the roaster does not load it into the roaster. Either re-load on the roaster or use the 'finger' button in Studio - it's beside the 'Save to roaster' button.

Re: Improvements to log file viewer

Thanks for the suggestion. We have added this to our backlog. It is definitely something we are keen to do to improve the overall user experience with managing both log and profile files. No promises to how soon we will get it done though!

AFAIK it should run on Raspberry Pi, just install snap and then install KS. Did you try this yet?

Re: Persistent Thermal Dip/Runaway Errors

There are unusual temperature spikes in your logs which cause the thermal dips. This suggests that there may be a fault or there may be a power supply issue. Please contact Kaffelogic customer support for assistance with diagnosis.

Re: Decode Error when connecting to PC (Log error)

From the 'Logs' tab, choose 'Open folder' and delete it there. Studio will then sync with the roaster and the file will be deleted there too. It is possible that the roaster cannot delete the file because it is corrupted. In that case, follow the instructions on this wiki page.

This behaviour cannot be replicated in our Ubuntu test environment. Unfortunately we cannot test in all flavours of Linux. Are there other Fedora users experiencing the same issue?

and will continue to do so. Continuous development means new bugs. Thanks for reporting this 'PyDeadObjectError'. It has been resolved and the fix will be part of the next release of Studio.

Yes, and you will continue to do so. Those are informational messages visible in the Linux terminal. Despite the scary wording they do not require action.
