Does anyone have much experience roasting Honey processed beans? I've tried 2 now (Costa Rica Pilas, and Dominican Republic Cibao). So far I'm up to just over 530 roasts and no issues. Sometimes (not often!) I do 12 roasts in a day when roasting for a few friends with no issues.

So hopefully many roasts to come : )

I had similar experience. Tried POWER with Colombian Excelsor.
Roasted to 2.3 for about 21% DEV

I tried another batch with the fan calibration down to 0.91 (from 0.94), and up from 100g to 110g, just to see if that helped, but the take off was even greater!

I've also tried it on Australian Dimbulah - still trying to figure out what kind of profile to use on those (rather expensive!) beans.
