1500-2000GTTT profile test roasts today. Columbia Popayan. I'm getting a few light coloured beans in the roasts. I haven't had that with other profiles. What does it indicate?

Gary - from what Angela was saying, the Santos seems to roast similar to the Cerrado?. Will you be trying a darker setting? And Is there another Profile and RL that you have found better for your espresso taste? I have only had one try of the BalanceV2 at RL4.2 and didn't have the grind set right. ...

I have some Brazil Santos from Greenbeanhouse that has been unexceptional until I tried this Brazil.kpro profile. Roasted at 1.3 default after a few days it begins to become interesting. Drinking as espresso.

I've had my roaster since last weekend. I came from a series 1 Behmor. Wow. I've watched 4 of the recorded webinars so far. What a great resource! Ben I bought mine and had it addressed to my Youshop address in the UK. Electrical standards that apply in the UK are also applicable here. It is distributed in Australia too and likewise the standards match ours.

Niche Zero. Moving from a Super Jolly to this has been a revelation. Single dosing has completely removed any wastage, allowed easy change from one bean to another, and easy change from espresso to pour over etc and back. Fantastic.
