I have a 200g batch nailed down quite well now, but struggling with cooling fan speeds too. I'm trying to lock the cool speed to 16,500 but the machine seems to completely override my setting and go to a lower ~16200. I must admit that I've had the same error message appear twice now, and I've never had this error before. 2/3 times the roast has bugged out when bean temp reaches 210-220c.

I've increased fan calibration and checked voltage calibration too.
