Hi. Since it is Christmas and things tends to get a bit nuts I remembered having seen this.
What is the dose you are roasting? And is there any impact on coffee roasts after? I am thinking that since the post is 2 years old those using the method should give some more experience with the approach?

Re: 3D printed handle
Hey Ben.
Just download the stl file and go to a 3D printshop in your local area.
This should be a pretty cheap print.

3D printed handle
Hi, I sometimes find my KL a bit clumsy to handle. Therefore I remixed a small handle in the right dimensions. No miracles, just resized an existing project on thingiverse and any of you could do it in a heartbeat. I printed in PETG - Not that the device gets really hot, but it is a bit more stable ...

Re: Understanding roast profile
Hey, I had a look at the logs you sent. The curves looks a bit strange for 1.3 that it is not following the power curve very well. Is this something you are able to replicate or was it a one off? Did you turn off power of the machine when doing back-to-back roasting? (you should leave it on) I have ...

Re: Understanding roast profile
Hey.
I can’t pull up the graph as I am on my iPad.
Is it the same bean you are roasting and is it the same load? I.e is one of them 120 and the other 100g?
But you are correct: if these parameters are the same the lighter roast should be quicker.

Hi.
Tim Wendelboe has also recently started a podcast. It is on most of the normal podcast platforms.
He is a real ressource in the global coffee scene so I think some good content will be available there. It is on my subscription list now.

Re: Power Profiling feature request
Hi Chris I have a question on power profiling and Studio, aimed at a possibly of a feature addition (at some point in future). Would it be easy to create a feature, when viewing a roast log in Studio, to pick a point on curve, then you get a rubber band type line displayed that you can extend to pi...

Re: Kaffelogic Webinar On 18/19 Sept
Is there anything you would like to cover in the sessions Hi Wayne. I would love some information on how to create profiles. Not the stuff around actually crea I got the, but what you do to develop flavour. The theory behind etc. Probably not the topic for a beginner session, but could be a good se...

Re: Raost
Hi Benjamin, Having been following this thread very closely it is nice to see some of your roast results. Can you comment on the modifications you are making and why? Is it possible to post the logs apart from just the screen capture? I am still trying to get my head around of the whole bost stuff, ...

Feature Request: Expand Log overview
Hi Kaffelogic, A small featurerequest which I think should be quite doable. When I click the small memory stick icon I get a beautiful overview of all the logs stored on the stick. You have a column for File name, Profile name, Designer, When the profile was modified, Roast Level, Length and notes. ...
