Re: How to accentuate fruit flavour in coffee (Filter)
klog attached for some Ethiopian Harrar Longberry, a bean that I have been struggling with for a while.
Will give it a taste tomorrow and every 2nd day after that.
I can add that it has an awesome aroma right off roast which genuinely excites me.

Podcast Tim Wendelboe podcast, having tasted some of his roasts, Id be comfortable following his advice. https://podcasts.google.com/?feed=aHR0cHM6Ly9mZWVkLnBvZGJlYW...

Feature Request: Add DTR on Screen During Cooldown
Feature Request: Add DTR on Screen During Cooldown When a roast ends based on the level, it immediately switches the screen to show cool down info. Typically a roast ended, I note down DTR. Its not hard to go to the roast history of the most recent roast to find it, but its about 4 or 5 buttons I ne...

Re: How to accentuate fruit flavour in coffee (Filter)
For anyone interested, I find beyond the above, the following 2 dimensions contribute: 1. Coffee Processing: Natural processed tend to be more obviously fruity. 2. Rest periods: The most surprising factor for me personally. Resting brings out so much clarity and structure. I've been resting 2 weeks ...
