Hello Vibhor,
The D-Roast is available right here, in this section. For the KL Washed you will have to write into the Kaffe Logic help and ask Sean for it.
I'm based in Mumbai.
Lemme know if you need help.
Best,
K

Re: Roasting profile tips for coffee beans from India
Oh hello there Vibhor,
If by Vienna, you mean just into second crack, then yes.
My two go-to profiles are the D-Roast and KL Washed, developed by Sean of KL. Try these.
Where in India are you from?
Cheers,
K

It's my go-to profile. Also try KL Washed ( a new profile developed by the good folk at KL, if it's not available her...

Re: Roasting profile tips for coffee beans from India
Oh hello Erhard, I'm happy to help you in whatever way I can. Are you part of the KL groups on Discord and Facebook? The Discord channel is pretty lively. You may want to check it out. Before I can recommend profiles, a few questions. - What is you preferred beverage? - What taste profile are you af...

Hello there, First of all, complements of the season to all. I have had the KL Nano 7 for a little over three months and have been enjoying roasting beans with it. I experienced a problem today while roasting coffee using the D-Roast profile. Minutes after logging the first crack, the roast stalled....
