Hi all, wondering how to best do fan profiling. I understand too little fan and you get scorching. Too much and you get erratic looking roasts/RoR. I keep coming back to this profile for my light roasted espresso beans. I've tried so many different profiles (Raost v5, Adaptive, Roast, base profiles) but find this to be a great starting profile.
