Beans sticking to side, causing failed batches
I know the recommendation is to not clean the chamber but mine has caramelization on the side. Beans can stick to that and ruin a batch. The more it happens the more easily it now happens. Basically one side of the chamber is sticky. I can no longer roast at 200g. 120g is the max to prevent sticking...

Boost instructions say remove the chaff collector?
The boost instructions say: "When roasting larger batches remove the chaff collector over the bean tray/bowl to catch any beans that fell above the boost ring."
Is this trying to say: "AFTER roasting larger batches, check the chaff collector for beans that escaped the chamber"?

Very disappointed. My first roaster died with a "Heat too slow". I just received a replacement and on the very first roast I got the error ""Fault Detected Thermo Short Gnd".

Heat too slow check beans
I did about 4 batches with the same beans and no problem. Just fill up the cup and it worked fine. The 5th batch I’m getting “Heat Too Slow – Check Beans”. I started with about 90g so I add some more to bring it up to 102g. I turned it off and back on. My roasting profile is Classic. Level 1.3. Bean...
