Hi,
I think it's a good idea to contact KL directly ([email protected]). Don't think this forum is monitored properly. I had some issues with my Nano, contacted KL and got a very quick response.
Hope your problems will be fixed soon!
Grtz, Hans.

Re: Where to start adjusting
Hi everybody!
In the mean time my Nano has been repaired by Roast Rebels and Kaffelogic. There was a technical problem (can happen) and they fixed it perfectly!
Happy roasting again!![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)

Re: Where to start adjusting
Have you recently replaced an old mesh chaff collector with a new glass chaff collector? If so, there is a calibration adjustment you will need to make. I have the glass chaff collector since december or so. Lately I had a repair on my KL (new motor) and have the boostkit since a few weeks. I check...

Where to start adjusting
Hi everybody! Roasting Brazilian beans I saw it took 5 minutes before the beans started moving. Than they moved for about 30 secs and then they stopped moving. At 7 minutes (1,5 min later) they started again. I saw some black beans and were afraid the roast was spoiled. However, the endresult looked...

Re: Beans hardly move and thermal runaway
What profile are you using? Increasing to 130g batch when using 120g most likely won't do too much. What does your log look like? Is the temp following profile temp? Some bean varietals roast uneven and look like they are a bad batch, but this is the nature of some beans when roasted regardless of ...

Re: Beans hardly move and thermal runaway
Hi Hans Yeah I thought you would have activated. I cant think of anything more. Maybe flick an email to support. You can of course go into calibration mode and increase your fan speed (its like multiplication factor I believe, for example 0.96 in my case), which is in effect a global setting and ef...

Re: Beans hardly move and thermal runaway
Hey Hans, Did you upgrade to a new chaff collector the same time that you ordered your Boost kit, or did you get a KL unit that came with a glass chaff collector already? First had a KL without any of them, then I got the new collector (great thing!) end of last year and recently got the boost kit.

Beans hardly move and thermal runaway
Hi everybody! I'm new here. My name is Hans and I live in the Netherlands. Nice to meet you all! I have the following problem: using the boost kit I noticed that often the beans hardly move (or not at all) in the beginning of the roast (I thought it was necessary that they should immediately get int...
