I was looking at my logs and I found that it was hard to relate this to my roasting notes as the time/date stamp on the files is invalid. I often turn off my nano 7 after the cooldown has completed however I note if I leave it then it will instruct me to turn the unit off.

When should I turn it off and would the timing of this create the zero size log issue?
