I've had my roaster since last weekend. I came from a series 1 Behmor. Wow.

I've watched 4 of the recorded webinars so far. What a great resource!

I'm so impressed by the capability of this roaster and the results I've had so far.

With the content in the webinar series I've learnt more about roasting this week than I did in the past 15 years.

Okay, the last video of Week 7 is Session 13, and the first video of week 9 is session 16, so I can safely assume that Sessions 14 and 15 are for Week 8. I found them on the YouTube page; here are the links for anyone interested.
