Heat too slow check beans

I did about 4 batches with the same beans and no problem. Just fill up the cup and it worked fine. The 5th batch I’m getting “Heat Too Slow – Check Beans”. I started with about 90g so I add some more to bring it up to 102g. I turned it off and back on.

My roasting profile is Classic. Level 1.3. Beans are Kenya Thika Oreti AB.

Any tips from the community? I've already emailed support.

There is an earlier post about something similar. See Jed’s post sept 30, 2022 (#2547). In that case it was the element to blame.
