I have left a message on the support phone number and hopefully gets sorted for you. I’m guessing something in communication channel for support has gone astray.
Sadly, my earlier trouble with “Appliance Fault” error messages has not gone away. Right after doing the “fix”, everything works, but the next time I direct-connect, the same error messages are there all over again. Has anyone found a permanent fix? (I have done the reset, reformat on board memory, & rescue mode, route; but that fix hasn’t been enough to completely address whatever is wrong.)
I have reviewed your previous communications with customer support and asked them to get back in touch with you. It looks like there may be a fault with your roaster's PCB. Customer support will confirm and follow up.
