Hello
Can i ask why the roaster within roasting if i for example choose profile RTD 1500-2000M roaster show on screen (Need urdate for
1500-2000M RTD 6) and roaster firmware already updated to latest version and profile in usb stick already updated so what is the message mean ?? Or what should i do
Note: this is new roaster usb version

We think that a reset will resolve this issue for you. We have made an improvement to the firmware to reduce the risk of this recurring, and this will be part of the next firmware release. Customer support will provide further assistance if needed.

What is your firmware number on your roaster? And have you tried resetting the roaster? This shouldn't cause harm to your roaster I don't think

Resetting will not harm your roaster. Hold the start button down while you turn on the roaster power switch.
