This is based on Benjamin F Leons D-Raost_v3 with just a couple of tweaks. Changes are noted in "About This File".
Edit: Just a FYI...My voltage at the plug-in is 123.3V (It appears adequate, clean power is critical for these roasters to operate at peak performance)
