Hi Team Kaffelogic,
I experienced the issue of fan not working on 21 April and I have filed a ticket through the Kaffelogic website. I also received an email from Kaffelogic that my ticket was received and I should contact them again if I do not receive a response in two working days. I sent a follow up email on 24 April but as of now, I still do not receive a response from the team.
Hopefully someone could help me out. Many thanks.

Probably give it another day or two. The 25th was a public holiday in NZ so this has likely added a little bit of a delay.
