Updating KN1007B/J to 7.16.5 "Forbidden Error"

I'm trying to update the firmware when connected to Studio on my KL KN1007B/J, via USB-C and receiving the following error. Trying to go from FW 7.11.3.1825 to 7.16.5.

After clicking install update pop window: "There was a problem downloading the update. Forbidden"

We are woking on getting an update out asap. Meanwhile you can download and install from file if you visit https://kaffelogic.com/resources/downloads, otherwise wait for the Studio update which will be out in a few days.

Thanks, that worked for some reason I didn't realize clicking the icon of the cable would download the firmware.

Also - which I'm sure you're aware, when connected to Roaster in Studio and going to "Core Profiles" it says unable to connect to webserver - assuming that's part of the issue you're working on.

Yes, that is also part of the issue. We have tracked the problem down to a configuration setting on our server, which has now been corrected.
