Hi, I also just recently got my Nano 7, tried some things out ... am amazed by the possibilities, and for the weekend a big(!) experiment is planned to roast lots of beans with different profiles/settings to try to get some understanding of their implications for the taste.

Anyway, if the discord is another source of useful information, I'd be happy to get an invite, too, if possible. Thanks!
