During the last months the USB connection to the Laptop was time to time interrupted. During roasting sessions sometimes disconnected.
Since yesterday I can not establish any connection between Nano roaster and laptop.
I checked various USB-C cables (working properly with other devices).
Could you support me to fix this issue?
Can I upgrade to use Bluetooth instead of USB-C connection?

Same problem here with my brand new Kaffelogic.
Studio looses the synchronization and does not foloow the curve during roast. I simply just stops, while the machine continues the profile. So seemingly is not a HW fault (at least not mechanical). The logs in the laptop can not be opened; az "empty log" error msg pops up. Sometimes even the machine itself loses the log data.
Here in KF community somebody adviced to "format memory borad" to solve the problem, but this solution needs some kind of "rescue" (admin?) mode.
I thought that the user made profiles corrupted the system synch, so I deleted them and only kept the core profiles.
It didn't help.
I don't wanna mess with "rescue mode", so I reported the rpoblem to KF support (#HELP-4111)
I hope the solution will arrive soon.
