I like the clear chamber and how it detaches.
Attaching probe/s is more challenging, but being able to see the beans change colour and their turbulence would be very useful.

Yes, unsure about the probe. It has a temperature readout so there must be a probe - in the inlet airflow I imagine.

I went to a coffee shop not long ago, they had a large air roaster on display, front of shop. Clear chamber. Unfortunately they weren’t roasting while I was there, would have been cool to watch.
