I'll dig around and see what's happening - It's an unusual profile for the Nano, maybe its freaking it out!
Just ran a side by side test of the Yemen A2 Mod and MD3 after resting the beans for 16 days. The A2 Mod has been my preferred profile with Yemen but I have to say the MD3 was much better for my taste buds with more fruit characteristics. Roasted to 23% DTR.Barry O'Speedwagon wrote: ↑Thu 22 Jul, 2021 7:58 pm The other 200g is using Steve's MD3 at 3.0 which I've enjoyed before. I have at least half of my coffee with milk, so super light doesn't work for me.
Yeh, I find the MD3 a remarkably flexible profile. It is great with every Ethiopian / Yemeni coffee I've given it a run with, as well as indo and some Central Americans. I'm about to open up some PNG Wahgi where I used the MD3 but dropped the roast level to about 3.6. It certainly smells great.EagleMick wrote: ↑Tue 05 Oct, 2021 12:37 pmJust ran a side by side test of the Yemen A2 Mod and MD3 after resting the beans for 16 days.
