I was looking at my logs and I found that it was hard to relate this to my roasting notes as the time/date stamp on the files is invalid.

Would it be possible to have time keeping built into the controler in the future (Unless it is already there and could be supported in a future firmware update)

Would this be useful?

This is a feature that we have in mind, and we have kept several options open for future enhancements to make this possible. At present it is not possible because there is no real time hardware in the roaster.
