maxing out due to fan speed...

Following on from todays discussion on fan speed profile, I thought I'd post a recent roast of El Salvador Bourbon on Steve's Washed All Purpose profile (120g).
You can see it flat lines towards the end, with the ROR bottoming out in the last minute.
I had 237V, which is low for me, but probably on the higher end for lots of users (I'm gathering).

Any ideas on how much the fan speed would have to come down at the 7min mark to continue supplying the necessary power?

I also note that the actual temp line is well below the blue line in the first minute, and our conversation this morning makes me wonder if the preheat charge temp should be ramped up to match the higher fan speed?

This would likely be fine batch size 100g.
All my profiles were specifically using 100g with 237 - 240V.

You could try swapping the fan profile for the one used in Darkside as that is a steadily decreasing slanted line as opposed to the flat line.
