Cupping Profile - Rest or RTD?

Is the cupping profile supposed to be used after a rest period, or straight away?

I could be off the mark here but when cupping, resting makes significantly less of a difference as its an immersion brewing method. I believe the SCA standard is to wait 8 to 24 hours after roasting before cupping. 12 Hours should be good I reckon.
