Cheat the temperature probe

Hi,
I've just been working with a profile and made some changes. I want to see the effect of the changes in the computer. I have to take the USB memory out of the machine and then put it in the computer and see if it's ok or if I want to make further changes. During that time the KL doesn't cool down so it will show wrong environment temperature when I come back to it. I know that it's know possible to set that temperature manually (but I don't know how to do it).
There is a simple way to cheat the machine. Put the machine on. Wet a brush with water and put it on the probe. This lowers the temperature on the probe around 5 deg C and most often matches the room temperature. When you see that the temp has been lowered put the machine off and then on again and it records the lower temperature as the environment temperature! This is easier than setting the temperature manually.
