Re: Pre-Order: Chaff Collector & BOOST Kit BUNDLE

Can you please tell me how long the pre-order offer is likely to run for?

If you are roasting a smaller quantity (50-60 grams), as per the boost spec, can you actually see the beans when roasting with the boost gizzmo fitted?

John will give me an exact date for you on Monday .

If you are roasting Lower batches, you don’t need to insert the boost ring into the unit.

I've preordered and payed for the new chaff collector and extension ring I think in August or maybe even earlier from Roastrebels as I'm in Europe. Do you know when it will be delivered?

Do those of us who backed this on the Indigogo campaign need to reorder?
How does one discover if we have a preexisting order?

Update email from KL ( Dated 26/Oct) said the delivery is likely early Jan/23.

When can I expect delivery?
We are waiting for confirmation from the factory with regards to our first production run commencing, but we expect this will be approximately mid November with our first units being shipped a week later. The first of these will be allocated to our Indiegogo 120V customers for whom we will be shipping new chaff collectors with their machines late November/ early December.
Due to the Christmas holiday season shutdown between December 22nd and 8th January, we anticipate being able to start shipping Chaff Collector and Bundle orders the week we start back from holidays. ie, from Monday 9 January.
Whilst this is later than we hoped due to some last minute changes and enhancements, we believe the choice to delay in the name of improvement was the correct call to make. We think all our users will agree once they receive they new chaff collector.
With nearly 1000 Bundles to send out it will likely take us several weeks to ship to everyone, so those who ordered later will likely see their items towards the end of January or early February.

Ok, I worked it out.
Go to the shop and log in.
It then shows pre-existing orders.
