Kaffelogic community

I’ve been doing 100 gram roasts as per the instructions. What’s the minimum I can do? I was hoping to do 50 gram roasts in order to be able to experiment more with less beans.

If so, would there be any significant difference if I up dose once I find a good set of parameters I like?
