Fault Detected Thermo Short Gnd

I have only done 1 roast since receiving my machine a few weeks
ago and I am getting a message from it after the boot up:
"Fault Detected Thermo Short Gnd"
The machine locks up on that message and is no longer useable. Any help
would be appreciated!
