Thought id post something a little different for my first contribution! While i usually prefer light roasts for filter and espresso, i've really been getting into Vietnamese iced coffee this summer. I wanted a profile that would work well with both robusta and low altitude naturals: I used the steady-and-dark and the core robusta profiles as a reference, though have developed them a little further for balance in the finished beverage.
Did have some mild success using this with a cheap Brazilian natural as a base for an old school italian espresso blend. The default 4.4 setting should take you to the beginning of second crack.
