50 grs LIGHT ROAST PROFILES

Hello,
Can anyone share with me roast profiles for 50g batches?
I usually use high density, fruity coffees for chemex or moccamaster so I would prefer light profiles. Also tips on how to start creating my own profiles would be really appreciated.
