On May 4, I reported a Nano 7 arrived not functioning - Dead-On-Arrival - with Heat Too Slow error. Kaffelogic replied that a replacement unit would be sent hopefully on the following Monday. I have received no shipping notification or any other communication despite 3 subsequent requests for status update. I've also requested status update on the boost kit shipment. Please contact me with a status update and set expectations. The radio silence routine is very old at this point. Thank you.
UPDATE May 23, 2023: Replacement roaster arrived. Beans are becoming brown. All is well.
