"Heat too slow. Pls check beans" Error

This morning, I received the Nano 7 which I bought brand new. However despite all my efforts (changing coffee beans, trying to run empty, changing coffee profiles etc.), I am constantly getting the error "Heat too slow. Pls check beans" from the device. If you think that I bought the device as new and got such an error before I could roast my first coffee, you know how angry I am.I see new topics on forum about this problem, are there any solutions?
