Help Adjusting Roast Profile

First attempt at tweaking my profiles so need some help to understand what's happening here. I tend to use the MD3 profile a lot as it suits my tastes but my batch of Laos Bolaven Plateau does not track well to the curve. I increased the zone 2 boost on the 2nd batch from -3 to -5 but the mean temp increased rather than decreased. Shouldn't this be the opposite with this tweak?
