Hi - Just received my machine plus 4Kg's of beans. Colombian, Brazil, PNG, Guatemalan. All have different altitudes.
My question is, where to find the altitude profile for Classic roast so I know where to start?

Your roaster should come pre-loaded with the core profiles. If not, install Studio and use the Core Profiles tab to copy them to your roaster.
