Hi all
I was given a bag of green beans, certainly a past / old crop. My beans are Ethiopia / washed Guji / high altitude
Water humidity is about 9%
To avoid dry / grassy notes, i have to roast quite dark for expresso ; the beans do not pop/ crack a lot
I did some experimentation to wet them. It helps a little.
What would you recommend in such situation ? Any specific profile ?
