Getting up to speed for a new roaster

Hello folks,

I got my Kaffelogic Nano yesterday and started with their classic profile which is a little too dark for my taste.

I want to get up to speed with the roaster and the studio software so I can confidently start tweaking profiles (and understand what those changes would mean)

Are there any resources on this community or otherwise that can help me with this?
