Re: High pitch noise, sounds like it's about to explode!
I am aware that it has been recommended to change the cooling speed in the profile to reduce the overflow of beans but did also read that it didn't work, but may have been corrected in the latest update. The global cooling has been removed in the calibration section, as that is what I was going to ...

Re: Adjusting Cooling Fan Speed
Guys,
the cooling fan speed settings have no impact on the real (shown) fan speed despite the configuration values within the profile. The fan speed is constant 15.500....

RoR scale on the right side of the graph
Since many roast by monitoring the RoR as well, (and the RoR value/graph can be shown multiplied in the Options menu), it would be very helpful to show its scale on the right hand side of the Roast/Log graph (as for example Artisan is doing).
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Studio Issues with M1 Macbook
Unfortunately we have not had any success replicating the problem behaviour across our test machines so it is difficult for us to identify the problem. Could you please try installing this version (which has the splash screen and tips disabled) and let me know if it works for you. Tested! 3 times s...

Re: Studio Issues with M1 Macbook
I found a workaround of reliably getting the app to work, where keeping the "Escape button" pressed as soon as I launch the app, always lets the app boot up correctly. I tried this procedure about 20-25 times, and it works but only sometimes, about 30% of the starts, and only when I press...

Re: Studio Issues with M1 Macbook
Hello, I have exactly the same problems with Studio on my Mac M1 as Benjamin. I sent you since months logs of crashes, once even with a more detailed description. For me it is frustrating not to be sure that I can work with Studio when I need it. Sometimes I am not able to start it even after many t...

KL Studio & Nano7 user experience/suggestions
Hallo all, I would like to give a short feedback about my experience so far with Kaffelogic. First of all, the roaster which I used since years on a regular base is a Hottop 2K+ drum roaster (controlled by Artisan). I also have some experience in roasting with Ikawa 3 Pro and I am also from time to ...

Re: Firestarter
@Femelle > this is caused by the fact that the your used profile has a RoR of zero at the end of the roast. Just change the curve, targeting a RoR of, for example 1 at the end of the curve, then input a value lower than 1 in the parameters table, and all will be good. Or just ignore the error messag...

Re: Using "Profile" button to toggle for live data
Good point!
In this context, I hope that the new feature, which will enable controlling in real time the Nano7 via Bluetooth will cover this - on the computer rather than the small display.
