Hi all I was given a bag of green beans, certainly a past / old crop. My beans are Ethiopia / washed Guji / high altitude Water humidity is about 9% To avoid dry / grassy notes, i have to roast quite dark for expresso ; the beans do not pop/ crack a lot I did some experimentation to wet them. Hi, Thank you very much for your work. I am a brand new user of the KF and member of this forum. Because i was a little desapointed with "stock" profiles (either with L=1 or greater), I am very happy with your profile 5B that provides both light and developped roasts. My batches are around...
