Is there any website can explain or show you how to creative the profile for the machine?
I think its gonna be easy to put the short video on YouTube or facebook.

We have a short book called The Kaffelogic Roaster's Companion available on our support page https://kaffelogic.com/index.php/home/support. This book does assume you already know something about coffee roast profiles.
If you want to learn about roast profiles I recommend
We hope to develop more resources along the lines you suggest, and when we do we will post about them on this forum.
I do suggest you don't start designing from scratch. Better to start with a profile that is close to what you are aiming for, then experiment with making one change at a time e.g. lengthening the time to first crack, applying more heat at the start, etc.
