Machine not connecting with the software

Hi ,

I've updated my software and I'm currently using a Mac with OS Sequoia version 15. I've also tried different cables and even tested it on a Windows PC, but the issue remains— the software is not connecting to the machine.

That's potentially a PCB fault and may be covered by warranty. Contact your supplier to initiate diagnosis and repair.
