Fault detected main Freq error

The roaster stopped working at start showing message " Fault detected main Freq error". Power source is of high quality. Please advise what should be done.

To my big sorry, it didn't help - the roaster stopped working at start and shows the message "Fault detected main Freq error".

Update. This problem is subject to repair. The US dealer sent me a return label to repair.
