Hello everyone,

As a brand-new roaster, I’ve been receiving a lot of samples from different Central American countries. I’m looking for a cupping profile to roast them properly. I know it’s more effective to have a specific curve for each country, but for now, I’d like to focus on a single profile that could work across multiple coffee profiles.

I previously tried the K-logic curve with a DTR of 13%, as well as a cupping curve with a DTR of 12%, which gave me some good flavors. However, I wanted to check if any of you have a middle-light cupping profile that you could share with me. It would be really helpful to compare and see if I’m on the right track.

I’d love to avoid wasting my samples, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
