I adjusted the original Kaffeelogic for Robusta profile and it turned out to match perfectly a Tansanian Robusta which I had purchased from Roast Rebels. Basically, more gas in the beginning of the roast.
I didn't think that I would drink this Robusta as a filter coffee, but it tasted wonderfully sweet, soft and chocolaty to me when I tried it as filter. End temperature 220°C, so for this profile it meant I ended it at 2.2.
I also added it to rather citric Arabica espresso roasts which I had, in order to give the espressos more body and a better base. Blend ratio 70/30.
ATTENTION: when I first cupped the Robusta roast after only one day, it tasted a bit charred and even metallic. Better let it rest for at least 10 days. I found the flavour better after some time, and now I tasted it after 2 months, seems it wins balance.

I assume you don't use the same profile for an espresso - correct? If so, what are the adjustments that make the espresso taste best in your experience?
