Kaffelogic community

Hi all
I did post this earlier in another topic but all of a sudden all roasts don’t get past the first 30 seconds because this message pops up. I have the most recent software update and have had no problems up to date. I was roasting on 1200-1500 m profile 3.3 using Honduras beans. I’ve tried on classic mode and with no beans(test) but message keeps coming up. Any ideas or similar issues?

sounds like what happened to mine yesterday sent email living in Tasmania will be a problem

Thanks for letting me know that you had the same issue. That’s no good. I hope you can get it fixed under warranty.
I have sent my roaster over to NSW where I purchased it online. I must admit I am a bit concerned with a heating element failure so early but glad it can be fixed. I wonder how many others have had this issue? I hope it will be a quick turnaround for both of us.

Just sent a response of the service ticket system.

Shared the ticket with Chris and the factory.

Hopefully we can get this issue resolved soonest.
